Hollow rivets (Tubular rivets)
Descriptive
A rivet is a permanent fastener manufactured according to the principle of cold striking.
The hollow rivet is a solid rivet but undergoes two additional steps while typing with the creation of a cylindrical hole from side to side.
Implementation
The riveting process is similar to that of the semi tubular rivet but holding is weaker because the inner diameter of the rivet is entirely hollow.
